2 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
Juice of one Lemon
pinch of sea salt
dash of fresh pepper
Your go to grains are Quinoa and Millet!
Sprouted breads are best, but whole grain are a go
Almond milk is a go, look for unsweetened
